If you're in the UK, you should receive your items within 3-5 days. This is the case whether we are fulfilling it from our existing stock, or printing your items to order.

Overseas can take longer - this will vary a lot depending on where in the world you are, but can take several weeks. If you are unsure, drop us a line via our contact page and we'll give you a clearer idea before you order.

If you're not happy with your purchase then we're really sorry - in the first instance please contact us to let us know there's a problem.

We ask you to do this as we'd appreciate the chance to fix it, or failing that change things to prevent it happening again in future.

If returns are needed, then it won't be an issue - you can send the items back to us (as long as unused and still with any original packaging) for a full refund.
