If you're not happy with your purchase then we're really sorry - in the first instance please contact us to let us know there's a problem.
We ask you to do this as we'd appreciate the chance to fix it, or failing that change things to prevent it happening again in future.
If returns are needed, then it won't be an issue - you can send the items back to us (as long as unused and still with any original packaging) for a full refund.
